Initiate Your Return
Log into your VMAX account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
